Description

• Will be responsible to monitor & operate equipment.
• Process to remove grease and solids out of waste stream water.
• Process includes:

• Duties include grease capture and processing, monitoring equipment, reporting break downs to supervisor, cleaning, organizing area, and all other assignments to supervisor.
• Position may also require working 2^nd shift. (4pm-midnight) If needed to fill in for other operators.
