Principal Responsibilities:
  • Feed Production Scheduling and Control
  • General Maintenance and housekeeping
  • Warehouse organization
  • Completion of all paperwork
  • Quality Assurance and safety program
  • Constant and daily communication with farms, managers, and employees
Required Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to work weekends  
  • Knowledge of feed mill processes and procedures
  • Supports a consistent professional demeanor and image of the company
  • Positive attitude and works well under pressure
  • High work ethic
  • Commitment to dependability and willingness to meet goals and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
 
Travel:  little to none required
