General Description: Conduct weekly New Hire Orientation classes. Assist in Management Training Orientation. Assist HR and Health Services with Translating. Translate for Employment Interviews. Additional assigned duties as needed. Assist new hires with training on the production departments.Help with Public Relations activities outside of the plant.

Required skills:

(Internal candidates must have less than 4 attendance points to apply)

  • Be able to communicate written and verbally in English
  • Be able to work all 3 shifts as needed
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Able to work in both hot and cold temperatures
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self Motivated/ High Sense of urgency
  • Able to perform under High Stress situations
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Perform other duties as assigned
