Job title: QA/Food Safety Clerk
Nonexempt Type of position: Full-time Hours: 2ND Shift (flexible as needed)
Duties:
· Process paperwork from the production floor
· Typing data from NSIS program
· Organize HACCP data
· Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program
· Prepare final reports from the data collected
· Be able to analyze and trend data accurately
· Be part of any internal/3rd party audits
· Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports
· Organize USDA reports
· Any other duties assigned by management
· Learn Food Safety Programs
· Create reports and distribute to all departments
· Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs
Required skills:
· Attention to detail

· Time management; Accuracy
· Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge and good computer skills
· Able to communicate verbally and in written form, with management team
· Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)
