RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs recruitment and on-boarding processes of employees at all levels of the meat packing industry
  • Assists with benefit administration
  • Participates in community employee relations activities
  • Position may include travel within the facility’s recruiting area
  • Offsite recruiting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field  preferred but not required
  • Experience in Human Resources administration activities
  • 2-3 years of experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting preferred
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
  • Previous hiring, recruitment, and/or human resources experience required
  • General understanding of Employment Law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
