EMPLOYMENT MANAGER
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs recruitment and on-boarding processes of employees at all levels of the meat packing industry
- Assists with benefit administration
- Participates in community employee relations activities
- Position may include travel within the facility’s recruiting area
- Offsite recruiting as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred but not required
- Experience in Human Resources administration activities
- 2-3 years of experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
- Previous hiring, recruitment, and/or human resources experience required
- General understanding of Employment Law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
