  • 2:00pm - 10:00pm, flexible as required
  • Saturday/Sunday hours as needed


  • Data Entry of important documents
  • Ensure proper copies of documents are in place
  • Perform various duties as needed to ensure efficiency
  • Handles insurance issues with vendors and employees
  • Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
  • General office procedures including handling phone calls, filing
