Supply Chain Manager
 
General Summary: We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for or leather warehouse facility in Hickory, NC that will oversee the Warehouse Administration team, create forecasting reports, collaborate with our foreign controller/accounting teams in Brazil on reporting and controls within the warehouse.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the warehouse administration team and guide them in their daily functions
  • Collaborate with Brazil accounting/finance and controller teams on forecasting, data analysis and operational costs.
  • Control and report all expenses that occur within the warehouse operations.
  • Create and control the maintenance plan for the warehouse.
  • Be responsive to changes in procurement, adjust daily reporting accordingly
  • Ensure team members are kept up to date on policy’s and procedures within the warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse management and/or inventory controls required
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience in SAP required
  • Experience in warehouse ERP or inventory tracking preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and pivot when emergent needs arise
  • Strong communication skills-verbal and written
  • Aptitude for data, reporting
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
