Position at Mopac

HIDES TAKE UP  GRADER/STACKER
Schedule Monday- Friday  6am to finish dependent on volume and production and/or maintenance delays
Job requirements
  • Pull (75- 80 lb.) hides with hook from raceways and hook hides onto power rail
    • When raceway empties, pull remaining hides from raceway base
  • Grading and folding of fleshed hides
  • Stacking hides on pallets
  • Trimming of Hides as required
  • Maintain / Clean up work area throughout the day
  • Required to rotate among other take-up positions to prevent fatigue 
Qualifications
  • Trained in knife safety
  • Physically demanding position- requires stamina to perform job tasks
