Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Green Bay

Reporting to: Shipping Supervisor

Rate of pay: $22.90

Hours: 11pm- 7:30am Monday- Saturday

Essential Job Functions:

• Use Shop Floor Inventory system to locate product.
• Use forklift/high-lift to pick product
• Use scan gun to allocate product and pallets
• Utilize heavy machinery to wrap pallets
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Follow Food Safety Guidelines
• Follow Housekeeping Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Experience operating a forklift and/or high lift preferred

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate safe work practices
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to work in cold weather environment around 28 degrees
• Understanding of logistics of loading a trailer
• Must be able to train for 3 weeks on 1^st shift
