General Description:
Communicate with all department managers, superintendents, and supervisors in getting employees up to training to complete their annual training through the system “Alchemy”. Trainer might be required to enter into production areas. It is a requirement that all employees complete their Learning Plans, and the classroom trainer will own and manage this process .Strong organizational skills are required to manage the process and keep employees currently up to date with their training, and maintaining records. Flexibility is a must in case hours need to be moved based on training needs. Ability to work well with others as well as new hires assist when new hires will go to training for assistance.
