PAYROLL SPECIALIST 

  

Responsibilities:  

  • Work with all aspects of Payroll including timesheet edits, payroll deductions, vacations, reporting, payroll processing, etc.
  • Support HR Department when needed
  • Work closely with supervisors & union
  • Customer service for team members 
  • Other duties as assigned   

  

Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Previous payroll experience preferred
  • UKG/Kronos timekeeping system and SAP experience preferred
  • 10-key typing and computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent math skills
  • Self-motivated, sense of urgency, and team player
  • Able to work under strict deadlines
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus! 
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
