Job Title:Grounds Keeper Lead- 1st Shift

Location:Broadway Complex

 

Position Summary:

The individuals selected for this position will be responsible for general grounds keeping duties, painting, repair work, clearing and installing bathroom fixtures, drywall repairs, etc. Job duties may vary depending on time of year and weather.  This position will back up the offal yard jockey position.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

 

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

 

Skill Summary:

 

  • Must back up offal yard jockey
  • Excellent attendance and work record.
  • Able to lift 80-100 lbs. using proper lifting techniques

•         Able to work in different types of environments

  • Self-motivated / able to work without direct supervision
  • Able to operate machinery; lawn mower, weed eater, loader, bobcat, etc.
  • Must have driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to drive yard truck with trailer attached
  • Overtime as needed
