Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Operations
Location: Green Bay, WI
Reports to: Terminal Manager
Principle Responsibilities:
- Schedule, enter, and communicate all customer delivery appointments.
- Update corporate customer service on any late deliveries and detentions.
- Solicit freight from the assigned geographical region and assigned customer base.
- Manage loads to ensure equipment and drivers are fully utilized.
- Communicate service issues to your assigned customers in your designated area.
- Update daily check call based on shippers requirements.
- Check destinations, load capabilities, arrival times, driver capabilities and potential.
- Optimize trailer pool utilization and trailer locations.
- Communicate with customers regarding needs and with sales for opportunities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft office software. TMW and Omnitracs knowledge preferred.
- Dependable and capable of adapting to a fast-paced working environment.
- Must have the ability to modify/change systems to continually improve the overall operations.
- Transportation industry experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

- Base salary range of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
