HR COORDINATOR
Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staffing and Hiring Hourly Production Employees- Accept and process applications, conduct on-site interviews daily, schedule interviews. Maintain communication with Employment Manager and Production Managers regarding staffing needs.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the community.
- Work closely with WV Job Service and other community agencies to build professional relationships and increase applicant flow.
- Must follow all Compliance guidelines and learn I9 process. Ensure AAP information is retained in line with Company policy and reporting requirements.
- May perform tasks such as setting up new personnel in SAP, and existing personnel.
- May perform new Hire Orientations.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills with a positive approach.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi task.
- Must learn all duties in HR department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be a self-starter with little to no supervision
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
EDUCATION:
Prefer minimum 2 years College or Business School
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resource experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Kronos, SAP
Bilingual preferred
Excellent Phone Etiquette
