Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Omaha

Reporting to: Hiring Manager

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruitment process. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Recruit needed talent to maintain staffing needs by using various recruiting techniques
  • Prepare paperwork for each interviewed applicant
  • Perform various other duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Employment department
  • Develop and maintain both internal and external relationships that may provide referrals of candidates
  • Attract, find and interview the right candidates for each position
  • Use various recruiting and sourcing techniques effectively and follow-up with potential candidates
  • Counsels hiring manager in final selection
  • Handle hiring paperwork from start to finish, including handling job offer letter, background check and completing I-9 Employment Eligibility Form.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, continuously changing environment
  • Other duties as needed or required

Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
  • Full knowledge of hiring process and previous recruiting experience
  • Must be a self-starter and team player
  • Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
  • Must have great attendance and punctuality
  • Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
  • Some Saturdays and Sundays as needed
  • Willing to travel
