Hours: Day shift
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create POs for Supplies and parts in warehouse  
  • Follow up on open orders
  • Track inventory levels/Cycle Counts
  • Correct invoicing issues
  • Develop good relationships with suppliers
  • Monthly inventory
  • Manage Employees
  • Daily Safety audits
  • Time Summaries
  • Maintain SOX requirements
  • Cover other jobs for vacations / cross training with other areas within department
  • Other Duties, as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new programs – Excel, Word, SAP, etc.
  • customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Organizational skills with eye for detail
  • Able to Manage a team
 
HOURS
Monday-Friday 6-430 and some Saturdays – on call for second shift employees
