3rd Shift Maintenance Harvest Supervisor
Responsibilities: Maintains systems and equipment, restores, repairs, rebuilds or replaces faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising team members
Duties: Maintenance scheduling, coaching, planning, communicating job expectations, enforcing policies and procedures. Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity and resolving problems. Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements. Implement corrective actions.
Maintains function and reliability of facility systems, operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Safety driven, team leader that focuses on his teams safety first, and foremost
- Experience leading a maintenance team
- Mechanical understanding of harvest equipment, and electrical knowledge.
- Equipment installation knowledge
- Predictive, and preventive maintenance knowledge
- Understanding of steam process heating, tube and shell heat exchangers, condensate systems
- Hammer mills, Pumps, Centrifuge, Screw conveyors, Industrial gear box drives , Plumbing , welding, pneumatic equipment and controls.
- Computer skills, e-mails, word, and excel
