BENEFITS SPECIALIST
Description
- Oversee and manage 1st , 2nd and 3rd Shift Points Administration.
- Ensure attendance violations are being return to HR signed and daily tracker is sent daily to supervisors and managers.
- Ensure attendance violations completions is at 100% weekly.
- Points Adjustments: early out, etc.
- Ensure team members are being called daily and tracked on the call log for absence to improve absenteeism.
- Turn term attendance violations to HR supervisor for completion.
- Be engaged in the day-to-day activities while coaching and leading the team. This includes program changes or enhancements to meet human resource requirements.
- Assist in People Pillar activities and ensures compliance.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover ensuring all data is accurate.
- FMLA Process (Hourly, SNE, Salary) tracker on P-drive; HR attendance coord; FMLA tracking.
- K- forms
- Personal leave requests- will review final approval with HR manager.
- Helps ensure Human Resource Department is prepared for HR Audit.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Monday thru Friday from 6am to 2:30pm
