Beef Sales Coordinator II

We are seeking a Beef Sales Coordinator II to support approximately 15 people at our Greeley Corporate office. This team is responsible for beef sales to regional retailers and foodservice distributors across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all orders and management of orders
  • Order processing with ability to work with other internal departments such as: transportation, customer service, scheduling, margin management, and claims
  • Responsible for order accuracy before order is processed
  • General communication and coordination of orders/events
  • Handle all administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, etc.) for sales team
  • Customer relationship management; first point of contact for customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, or Animal Science preferred
  • 3-5 years of previous experience with Data Entry and Customer Service required
  • Computer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables required)
  • Detail oriented; accuracy
  • Ability to work with other departments
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Motivated/self-starter
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $55,000 - $75,000
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
