As Manager, Last Mile Ecommerce Sr. Manager, you will work with the Wild Fork leadership to build a strategy and execution plan that improves operations and growth strategy. Working with cross-functional teams such as logistics, supply chain, finance and technology, you will provide actionable insights of store fulfillment process, packaging, productivity rates fulfillment centers and logistics/delivery operationThe ideal candidate should be an independent solution-oriented performer, skilled and experienced with retail and online operations.  

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:   

  • Partner with Fulfillment center managers to guarantee constant training on the e-commerce fulfillment process 
  • Build capabilities for future business expansion 
  • Constantly monitor carrier partners and look for savings– analyze invoices, partnership, contracts and performance & P&L analytics 
  • Supply mngt supervision, renegotiation, forecasting   
  • Shipping mngt  
  • Fulfillment mngt (capacity windows, zone management, zip code coverage) 
  • Shipping Contract renegotiation  
  • Support budget (opex & capex) management and expense tracking. 
  • Sourcing of new suppliers  
  • Marketing/delivery partners budget 
  • Drive Savings in shipping and packaging lines 
  • Shipping Analytics  
  • Closing/invoice management for shipping and supplies  
  • Driving strategic projects end-to end and partnering cross-functionally with different stakeholders within the company; these initiatives are focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth/cost reduction 


  • 3 – 6 years of experience in areas of strategy, business operations, or finance at a fast-growing tech company/start-up or management consulting at a top-tier firm 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • MBA strongly preferred 
  • Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously 
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills 
  • SQL knowledge 
  • Proven track record of leading projects/initiatives and a team 
  • Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
