Essential Job Functions:
- Complete and send reports daily including reports on shrink, costs and expenses and PMs
- Log PMs and work orders for all shifts, printing, filing and making PM packets
- Filing paperwork and data entry
- Attendance record keeping
- Collect and file all PPE checks from all supervisors in the maintenance department
- Collect and file daily inspection paperwork from all supervisors in the maintenance department
- Gather downtime information from all departments, record downtime in appropriate SharePoint document and email information to the appropriate personal.
- Work with Project Manager (if applicable) entering any purchase requisitions into SAP for the AFETS and tracking under the direction of the Project Manager
- Record all 5 why documents in SharePoint once received from the maintenance superintendents. Follow up on all outstanding 5 why investigations with the superintendent.
- Attend morning meeting with maintenance team while taking notes on critical items
- Create/track a spreadsheet to contain R&M cost detail report gathering information from KSB-1 in SAP
- Create/track a spreadsheet for all requisitions over $1000
- Create/track a spreadsheet water and electric usage from data of person responsible
- Create/track a spreadsheet of chemical usage from data of person responsible
- Assist in entering Requisitions into SAP
- Gather downtime data from area planners to create charts and graphs for in house use as specified by the Engineer
- Gather information from area planners provided to record information on Planning accuracy, completion rate, and unplanned work flow. Create/track data in spreadsheet and email this information to the appropriate personal weekly.
- Create/track KPI information in QlickView and email report to appropriate personal
- Gather information from area planners to update SharePoint weekend list and email to appropriate personal.
- All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Superintendent or Plant Engineer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be detailed oriented
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Must have strong verbal and written skills
- Must be able to communicate professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work Saturdays when needed
