Job Title: Legal Analyst
Type of Position: Full Time
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $20/hr- $24/hr
Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
● Review and analyze details of how a personal injury incident occurred
● Review documents received from third party investigators and enter data into legal software system ACT!
● Process a minimum of 125 cases weekly out of Intake to Case Management
● Running and reviewing weekly data reports
● Reviewing and evaluating cases in the treating phase for efficient medical treatment
● Reviewing property damage sufficiency
● Reviewing insurance carrier liability decisions
● Reviewing ambulance and hospital billing
● Running monthly performance numbers
● Tasking case managers with appropriate follow ups in cases
● Closing out inactive cases
Requirements:
● Strong organizational skills
● Strong follow up and follow through
● Ability to have good rapport with all departments
● Critical thinking and reasoning
● Ability to work independently without supervision for long hours
● Proficiency with excel / google sheets
● Strong computer skills
● Ability to work with a high-volume data
● Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks
