Associate Brand Manager
Description
Jackson Family Wines is searching for an Associate Brand Manager. This position is based in Santa Rosa, CA and works with the Santa Barbara division within the Jackson Family Wines portfolio. The Associate Brand Manager partners with the Brand Manager to develop and execute the business and marketing strategies for a collection of brands, including: Cambria, Diatom, Brewer Clifton, Nielsen, and Ex Post Facto.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Brand Manager on long-term and annual business and marketing plan
- Research and provide brand and market data as needed to Brand Manager
- Lead and execute initiatives including event marketing, digital marketing, trade/media/consumer tastings and direct to consumer marketing
- Project and Process Management: as determined by brand plans, partner with brand leadership to develop project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendors
- Prepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business results
- Support new product launches
- Partner with Sales to develop effective trade tools to drive distribution and velocity
- Manage components of the P&L: Marketing budget, sales forecast, COGS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in business, marketing or finance
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a marketing-related position
- Proficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic understanding of various pricing strategies across multiple markets and channels
- Ability to travel within the state of California frequently, specifically to the Santa Barbara / Central Coast region roughly once every two months (6 times per year).
WAGE TRANSPARENCY:
The base pay for this role ranges from $88,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
