Job Summary:  

The Enterprise Account Executive is a member of the Consensus Cloud Solutions sales team in the U.S. and is responsible for prospecting and closing new logos, as well as managing an existing account base. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales,, the Enterprise Account Executive will be highly engaged in prospecting for new customers, providing inputs for products, solutions and services to the company as well as providing competitive and opportunity feedback to the company for their assigned territory. The Enterprise Account Executive plays a key role in the new account acquisition and thru to onboarding as well as expansion and manages all aspects of their territory through the CRM tool (Salesforce.com).

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, energy and enthusiasm for prospecting and developing customers and are passionate about new ways to solve customer business challenges using best-in-class, industry leading, but also mature technologies in a highly competitive market.  The candidate must be disciplined in managing their territory and interactions within the CRM tool, maintain an accurate up-to-date pipeline forecast, be intimate with their existing customer use cases and challenges and willing to engage all functions within the company necessary to win new customers and support existing customers.  Finally, this candidate must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and ability to build trust with customers, as well as demonstrate a high business aptitude to win opportunities but also be a good steward of the company’s resources and profits.  Experience in the healthcare vertical is very desirable but not required.

Job Duties:

  • Direct sales of the Consensus suite of products & services from the assigned territory and account base.
  • Professionally manage both the pre and post sales activities for the products and services in a clear, well defined and logical manner
  • Develop new prospects and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Build awareness of the Consensus suite of products and professional services within relevant vertical markets.
  • Ability to define various buying influences within an organization and manage a complex sale.
  • Negotiate final proposal to agreement on new customer acquisition  

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 + years sales experience in similar industries selling to large corporations.
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently from home office.
  • A proven track record of successfully selling high tech products and SaaS services
  • Ability to connect with and converse with “C” suite executives about business and related challenges and solutions
  • General understanding of document and information security
  • Ability to travel sufficient to build and support the territory and also required sales meetings and events
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

This is a remote/office-based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except within Colorado.
