Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to help grow our affiliate program through creative thinking and a focus on proven affiliate strategies on a global scale!
An excellent opportunity to join a high-impact, results-driven marketing team located across three different continents, you’ll be managing and growing our affiliates network to become a world-class global affiliate program that moves the needle for overall business growth and closely ties into the marketing strategy for Campaigner.com; iContact.com and SMTP.com
This position reports to the Senior Marketing Director and is a remote position.
The successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience working in the affiliate marketing industry, experience in the SaaS industry is a plus but not mandatory.

 

Role and Responsibilities

The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying potential partners and ongoing communication with existing affiliates. This person will grow and continue developing and implementing an affiliate program strategy to fit our growth ambition.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop, and deliver an affiliate strategy across North America and other international markets to drive revenue growth and meet business targets.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches, including social networks, marketplace sites, etc.
  • Re-Engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing affiliates and partners.
  • Ensure that each market produce and follow seasonal and campaign plans, overall affiliates outreach, market positioning, and branding across all affiliates
  • Support in negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
  • Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance.
  • Compile and submit affiliates campaign performance reports regularly, highlighting the story behind actual and forecasted performance.
  • Manage monthly invoices related to affiliate partners.
  • Work with the wider digital marketing team and multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective affiliate strategies are being developed, agreed and implemented across markets.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the role of an affiliate with a solid understanding of the affiliate industry
  • Knowledge of operating platforms such as Commission Junction and PartnerStack
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or groups and teams
  • Good listening, observation, and learning skills
  • Purpose and results-driven with an ability to accomplish tasks on deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred

 

 

About You

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks, ideally gained from a high-growth, online or multi-channel business.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills can process large amounts of data and information into concise recommendations and actions for the brands.
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
