The Moz Group is looking hire an experienced Recruiter to support our recruiting team. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of technical and non-technical roles and support teams across multiple products and locations.

We are an office optional company. This position can be fully remote from anywhere within the USA or Canada. We're also open to having folks be based out of our Seattle, Vancouver, Ottawa or Raleigh-Durham offices.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a pipeline of 15-30 job openings for both technical (~75%) and non-tech (~25%) roles supporting multiple product teams across several time zones.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and talent sourcers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.

  • Help screen candidates and negotiate offers.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices and help them write accurate and compelling job descriptions. 
  • Manage relationships with vendors including outside staffing agencies.

Experience We Want to See

  • You should have several years of experience working as an in-house recruiter, ideally within a software company.

  • A demonstrated track record of filling both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Prior sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as Jobvite and Greenhouse.
