Our Communication brands (Line2, eVoice and eReceptionist) arm small businesses with VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) with digital communication tools and are embarking on an ambitious growth plan. We are looking for exceptional new team members to help drive this growth. We have an exciting opportunity for a performance marketing specialist who will play an instrumental role in applying our digital marketing strategies across paid social, SEM, PPC.


This role will report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager  . We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven self-starter with a passion for analytics, a keen eye to identify insights who is on top of current and emerging digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Responsible for day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, display, and paid social (prospecting and retargeting) campaigns
  • Lead communication and partnership with external agency on campaign strategy, management, and optimization
  • Drive A/B testing strategy across all channels, including  SEM, creative and keyword testing, expansion and optimization across all channels
  • End-to-end coordination of digital campaigns, including gathering key promotion dates, collecting assets, overseeing trafficking, confirming launch dates and conducting QA
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on creative development, leveraging consumer insights to build compelling messaging to implement across channels
  • Partner with creative team to develop assets and copy 
  • Continuously monitor channel performance and budget pacing to identify when fast adjustments/optimizations are required
  • Assist in gathering information on digital campaign performance and generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly dashboards and reporting
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Support relationships with digital vendors

Qualifications/Requirements


  • At least three years of professional experience, and two years of experience in relevant fields (growth, performance marketing, digital marketing, paid media) required.
  • Experience setting up and managing search, social and display ad tracking
  • Experience with website analytics/reporting tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Experience optimizing for KPIs such as CPA
  • Strong understanding of ROI measurement for paid ads, including incrementality/lift tracking
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook & Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
