Corporate Paralegal

Legal Remote - United States


Job Duties:  

Manage administration of the company’s corporate governance, including filing and managing various business entity documents.

Assist with administration of company’s commercial contracts, including coordinating internal approvals and signatures.

Assist with corporate securities matters. Experience with Section 16 reporting is a plus.

Assist with administrative aspects of the company’s legal department.

From time to time, assist with administrative aspects of the company’s compliance programs and intellectual property portfolio, including maintaining records.


Job Requirements and Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification required.

At least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal at a reputable law firm and/or company.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and keep track of multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.

Ability and openness to learn new things.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure and rapidly changing environments. 

California notary public commission a plus.
