The Product Manager, Cloud Backup and Disaster Recovery is responsible for product planning and execution tasks throughout the product lifecycle, including: understanding market trends and competition landscape, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product strategy and roadmap, and working closely with and providing cross-functional leadership to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, Finance, Billing, and Customer Support to deliver outstanding customer experience. This role will support domestic (US) and international (non-US) business to hit revenue, margin, growth, and retention targets in existing and emerging markets. This role requires a self-driven individual who can lead and support cross-functional teams in a matrixed, distributed organization.

Job Duties:

·         Understand the competitive landscape and opportunities in targeted market

·         Work in an Agile environment to drive the development and execution of product line strategy. Address market requirements while delivering to all financial and non-financial business objectives

·         Program manage a variety of strategic initiatives.  Set and enforce project milestones and deadlines

·         Act as the product and market expert within the company for assigned product areas.

·         Draft and deliver User Stories and/or Product Requirements Documents as required, with prioritized features and corresponding justification

·         Compile and coordinate reporting, product performance, and customer satisfaction statistics

Job or Project Requirements and Experience:

·   Minimum 2 years relevant Product Management experience

·   Bachelor’s degree required

·   Strong, demonstrated project/program management experience required

·   Ability to translate end user experience to a life-cycle process and to make recommendations

·   Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams

·   Proven ability to influence without formal authority

·   Excellent written and verbal communications with professional and technical audiences

·   Knowledge and experience of Agile Development a plus

·   Advanced professional degree or MBA a plus
