VIPRE North America is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be excited to hone their Salesforce skills here in an ever-expanding environment. As a Salesforce expert at VIPRE, you'll be responsible for supporting and implementing solutions that enhance & streamline our Sales and Marketing operations. Your focus will be on supporting our sales and marketing teams’ day to day interaction with Salesforce, as well as solving new business challenges using your extensive experience, and ability to implement best practices in SFDC.  

 

Required

  • Minimum 3 years configuration & best practice experience as a Salesforce Administrator, (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Communities)
  • Experience with all automation features, especially Flow
  • Security model implementation experience
  • Experience with configuration and administration of CPQ
  • Mass data manipulation experience
  • Validation rule/Process Builder/Workflow implementation experience
  • Lightning UI experience with App Builder, Page Components, etc.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Apex code fluency
  • Visualforce development
  • Agile development experience
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Dell Boomi configuration experience
  • Additional third-party appexchange platform add-ons experience
  • Experience with multiple production environments with multiple users/roles.

Duties

  • Work off of a JIRA ticketing board to manage development and implementation tickets, including administration duties, automation, and data manipulation
  • User Provisioning
  • Assist users with report, dashboard, and record errors (in Lightning and Classic UIs)
  • Able to assist/advise Sales Ops team in a massive SF consolidation project between 2 unique instances
  • Write QA scripts and perform QA duties as needed
  • Remain current on best practices and newly released platform functionality
  • Participate in the integration process with other Enterprise systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
