Humble Bundle sells games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Our mission is to support charity while providing awesome content to customers at great prices. We launched in 2010 with a single two-week Humble Indie Bundle, but we have humbly grown into a store full of games and bundles, a subscription service, a game publisher, and more. We have raised $144 million for charity and counting. And we now have over 400,000 subscribers to our Humble Monthly.

Humble Bundle is hiring a Trust & Safety Product Manager to drive process and data improvements in our customer security. This person will help build and achieve goals for improving our anti-fraud efforts including customer account security and credit card theft. They will also work to keep people from abusing our exceptional but limited offers. This will help us continue to offer great games to customers while supporting charity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, track, and drive key security and anti-fraud goals.
  • Build data tools to look for fraud that's bypassing our existing filters.
  • Surface analytical insights of unexpected activity and investigate root cause.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Service teams to fight fraud.
  • Continuously suggest, implement, and improve ways to investigate and block fraud.
  • Write product specifications and requirements for new fraud tools.

Experience / Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with e-commerce fraud strategy, analytics, and operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, executive presentations, and highly developed organizational skills.
  • Experience in Stripe Radar, Sift Science, Python, Mode Analytics, or Bigquery is a plus.
  • Experience in bank and credit card fraud and dispute programs is a plus.
  • Experience in website and API security testing is a plus.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
