This Role

This role will be initially supporting the Inspired eLearning™ (IeL) brand, which is the #1 company at delivering the most effective Security Awareness training and are top-notch leaders in the industry. At Inspired eLearning, we’re brewing something special to sprinkle onto our service.

IeL is looking for a handful of experienced, motivated folks that are interested in creating their own destiny in continuing to make the Technical Account Management team a success. The right candidate will have an insatiable appetite to understand and solve for the “why”, grow lasting partnerships and friendships with customers, and above all, advocate care for customers.

Technical Account Manager – What would you do day-to-day?

  • Keep customers. This is your bread and butter.
  • Deliver the best customer experience in the industry.
  • Talk, text, and chat with your customers. You’ll be doing this a LOT as the primary point of contact.
  • Find customer’ Key Business Objectives (KBO) and pair them up with the right products
  • Define value. Deliver value.
  • Onboard and deploy award-winning content and solutions.
  • Project manage ProServe.
  • Be an expert problem solver, manage escalations, lead playbooks, and rally teams as needed
  • Touch every customer every 60 days or less.
  • Mentor your teammates on playbooks, customer lifecycle management, and share best practices.
