Everyday Health is seeking a dedicated, data driven, digital media marketer to be the team’s expert in performance based delivery. The Everyday Health HCP marketing team is responsible for communicating with our Physician and clinician audiences across all of our properties, including MedPageToday.com and a network of related properties. Overall we reach >750 thousand practicing physicians in the US and 2 million other HCPs.

 

As our Digital Media Delivery Specialist, you will know how to create, execute, monitor, optimize and scale digital marketing campaigns across all channels including search, social and display. You will oversee a sizeable marketing budget diving into performance metrics and generating insights to drive optimal campaign performance. The role will require ownership from start to finish including managing, tracking, reporting and analysis of all digital marketing efforts to drive successful audience generation and delivery retention for each of our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across teams to identify and promote top performing content within key audience segments
  • Review campaigns daily and optimize program tactics and assure timelines are being met and in accordance with overall goals
  • Purchase media and inventory based on allowable acquisition costs and optimize spend
  • Meet regularly with other cross-functional internal teams to showcase results, progress, and drive best revenue results
  • Manage relationship with external partners and affiliates to maximize available ad inventory
  • Develop detailed analysis of current programs and provide weekly performance reports with optimization recommendations
  • Test and optimize new opportunities
  • Manage assets, targeting and program deliverables
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and competitive landscape

 

Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital media
  • Strong analytical, deductive and problem solving skills with high attention to detail – proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to think creatively with an eye for achieving business metrics
  • Capable of applying learning’s from one campaign across portfolio of products
  • Strong working knowledge either Omniture or Google Analytics and the ability to trouble shoot and verify data obtained through web analytics
  • Skilled in communicating effectively and leading cross-functional teams to reach common project goals
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - Self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate for success
  • Experience with sales applications including Sales Force and DFP a strong plus
