We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to partner with Sales teams and to direct and oversee the fulfillment of lead gen campaigns with a focus on timely delivery and quality execution. Your day-to-day (as a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll):

  • Address challenging situations with missing creative and tight deadlines effortlessly. Finding solutions and maintaining a positive relationship with all internal teams is key.
  • Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of tasks managed by partner teams
  • Ability to manage a set list of campaigns from pre-sales to post sale that includes: requesting and receiving campaign launch materials from internal clients, performing QA tasks of assets, creating landing pages, ensuring proper targeting, and executing against custom rules and templates
  • Interact directly with new and existing clients, our sales teams, and other teams using judgment and discretion on how to best resolve delivery issues
  • Work with supervisor to help maintain reports, keeping them up to date and making changes as requested
  • Ensure campaign is properly implemented and delivering via QA tasks including: 3rd party reporting verification/validation, auditing of targeting for both national and international campaigns, and review other delivery reports
  • Work with Supervisor to help maintain reporting verification across all campaigns, ensuring they’re running and tracking accurately
  • Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change. Additional responsibilities may be delegated in order to assist meeting our goals and mission

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably demand generation or digital media
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with Excel

Location: SWZD is a “Work from Anywhere” company.

SWZD has offices in Austin, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix or London, though physical attendance is at the discretion of employees and their managers.
