Why we need you!

As our Regional Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our international sales team and take full responsibility for managing our customer accounts across Western Europe (Netherlands, UK and Ireland). Your goal will be to boost customer happiness and retention providing them with an exceptional customer journey. 

You will support our mission by contributing to day-to-day sales operations – channel management as well as direct B2B sales.

The day to day…

  • Manage a portfolio of an existing customer base, both channel partners and direct customers
  • Develop a sales pipeline and produce results through the channel partners and some direct business
  • Nurture relationships with current partners and key clients
  • Liaise with the marketing department on sales campaigns and partner/customer acquisition strategies
  • Manage the administrative handling of the quotation and order process
  • Take care of the service and complaint handling
  • Minimize churn through necessary retention activities
  • Work closely with the technical support and finance teams on the service and pre-sales processes
  • Weekly reporting on individual and team sales, pipelines and other metrics
  • Occasional travel within the territory to meet with key partners and end customers
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market (competitors, products, and services available)
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience.The shopping list!
  • Ambitious professional with B2B sales experience preferably working with customers in the UK and Ireland
  • 3+ years’ sales experience working in a fast-paced, challenging & high performance environment
  • Experience working within the IT (channel) cloud industry with cloud backup being a desirable
  • Proven successful experience with pipeline management with new sales, cross- and upsell
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Dutch fluency with native English (preferred) or excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work as part of a team across various locations and take full responsibility and own your results
  • Proficient IT skills in MS Office, Salesforce, G-Suite, Zoom
