The Opportunity

Health eCareers is looking for an experienced Director of Job Seeker Marketing to lead the B2C marketing team, which is responsible for driving user growth and user engagement across our audience of physicians and advanced practice providers.  This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for managing multiple marketing channels, testing new strategies, tactics, and campaigns, and helping Health eCareers advance its position as the leading career resource for health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns across email, search, social, and display
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing on Seeker marketing strategy, forecasting and budgeting for all B2C marketing campaigns 
  • Oversee email marketing strategy to optimize and grow job seeker growth and existing user engagement 
  • Partner with the Product team on developing go to market strategies, marketing channel requirements, and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies 
  • Oversee paid social activities including strategy, budget, optimization as well as collaboration with the content team to align editorial and organic social efforts
  • Manage team that leads all marketing efforts that support our critically important association partners to drive new partner acquisition, user growth and user engagement 
  • Collaborate with partnerships, product, sales, and other internal teams as needed in order to achieve key objectives
  • Evaluate marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics through thoughtful data analysis and use insights to focus efforts solely on activities that drive results

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 years or more experience in direct response marketing or related
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Experience managing organic and paid marketing channels
  • Must be strong in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Experience identifying and measuring SEO opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • MBA preferred
