We are looking for a talented, energetic and data-driven marketer to drive a visitor acquisition and customer development strategy for the company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, creating new campaigns based on product and customer lifecycles, and deepening existing customer relationships via digital channels.

Headquartered in Los Angeles California, j2 Global® have developed a clear strategy to deepen the business in EMEA through aggressive organic and non-organic growth and as a Marketing Specialist; you will play a crucial role helping the business achieve this.

This position is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Duties:  

  • Build and manage a rich editorial calendar and customer journey strategy that attracts a qualified audience to our international web properties.
  • Data.  Manage and segment customer datasets, find niche’s and develop targeting strategies.
  • Work with product, web and customer service to develop content and targeting ideas (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Write brilliant, compelling copy.
  • Develop an efficient inbound testing programme.
  • Attract and develop new Marketing qualified leads, by via effective calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
  • Establish workflow analytics with sales and customer service to maximise inbound marketing activity, and continually refine our process to convert customers.  

Job Requirements and Experience:  

  • 3+ years experience of email distribution systems and marketing automation processes is a must. 
  • Experience with Marketo and Google analytics would be required.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in data mining, analytics, SQL, Business Objects.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Fluency in English a must
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Sitefinity
  • Adaptable and tenacious attitude.
