Finance Director – Revenue

The VIPRE Security Group is looking for an experienced Finance Director - Revenue to lead and drive Revenue forecasting, planning, analytics and reporting for VIPRE Security Group globally.

The Finance Director - Revenue will oversee and lead all of the Revenue forecasting, planning, analytics and reporting functions for VIPRE Security Group. The VIPRE Security Group is driving Cybersecurity transformation and shaping the way business gets done. Our revolutionary patented suite of services provides millions of customers worldwide with a more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective way of working.

 

As a very acquisitive company, the Director of Finance - Revenue role at VIPRE is pivotal for our business success. The person in this role demonstrates strategic ability in scaling our organization and should have an outstanding strategic mindset with deep knowledge in all matters concerning FP&A and Sales. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives are established and in place.

 

The Director of Finance - Revenue is responsible for developing and implementing the business group’s topline strategy, establishing accountability, identifying solutions to resolve problems and fostering a workplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization at their full potential. The Director of Finance - Revenue will collaborate with the VIPRE Security Group management team and enable business success through a variety of initiatives. This leader will report to the VP of Finance for the VIPRE Security Group.

 

The Director of Finance - Revenue Will

        Drive the annual revenue planning and weekly/monthly revenue forecasting process. Participate in VIPRE Security Group long range planning process.

        Develop, present and maintain forecasting models for billings (TCV and ACV) and revenue at the business unit, country and product level.

        Develop and present weekly & monthly revenue, billings forecasts and reports for VIPRE Security Group leadership. Provide variance explanations to forecast and identify risk & opportunities to budget. Provide recommendations to improve accuracy.

        Own VIPRE Security revenue forecast. Introduce improvements, streamline, simplify , and eliminate unnecessary processes.

        Provide ad-hoc revenue/billing analysis to support Business Units, Corporate Development, Business Development, or any corporate initiatives.

        Lead and manage revenue FP&A organization.

        Collaborate with cross functional teams in Sales, Accounting, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence.

        Report to the VP of Finance

Experience

• Proven experience in a senior Finance role in high volume, high growth businesses, prior experience in M&A processes and integration is a major plus

• 10+ years of Finance/FP&A experience, with at least 5 years recent experience leading the FP&A function

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred

• Broad business and financial understanding and ability to apply to strategic initiatives

• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with hands on day-to-day activities

• Assertive and persuasive with sound judgment

• Ability to work under pressure in high-paced environment

• Demonstrated process capabilities and results, metrics-driven

• An excellent connector who collaborates, problem solves, and can help celebrate wins while learning from mistakes and always keeping the team in mind

• A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

• Willing to travel when required
