The Channel Marketing Manager, eFax Corporate will lead channel marketing programs along with our partners to drive marketing programs in the mid-market and enterprise segment for J2’s largest Cloud Services business unit, including eFax Corporate and Consensus. This individual will work closely with the channel team, Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams, eCommerce team, and other key stakeholder groups to help grow penetration and adoption for our partner’s products across North America and EMEA. This individual will collaborate with the channel sales team to launch and maintain strong marketing programs in partnership with the vendors we have signed on as partners. The successful candidate will be an accomplished, data-driven and project management manager with a proactive approach to management of partner relationships, is team oriented, and has a direct, down-to-earth communication style.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute well defined partner launch marketing strategies in concert with our product development, marketing and sales teams in B2B user acquisition through various channels inbound/outbound, website, campaigns, events, to build a continuous pipeline of qualified leads - driven by a keen eye on metrics and ROI.
  • Plan and execute a project and marketing plan for our channel partners working with partner marketing and sales organizations.
  • Create a budget along with tactical programs to take advantage of partner programs for co-branded and sponsored end user outreach.
  • Work with our referral partners to assist sales in marketing to advance partner sales through our channel.
  • Assist head of channel partners with budget planning and ROI on marketing programs.
  • Assist channel engagement and account managers with execution of sales and marketing programs and negotiate marketing investment with partners.
  • Work with head of ecommerce to leverage programs launched to consumers as they can impact the corporate audience.
  • Work with marketing events manager to plan webinar and user group participation.

Requirements and Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing project management including budgets and tactical programs.
  • 1+ years in working with channel partners or resellers to support end user events and marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding on the use of management tools and budget management.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation marketing tactics, such as direct mail, webinars, etc.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation regarding partner marketing spend and conflict resolution.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to collaborate with peers.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactician as well as a strategic thinker.
  • B.S. or B.A. from accredited 4-year college/university.
