Paid Search Manager 

Everyday Health Group’s Pregnancy & Parenting division (BabyCenter and What to Expect), the  world’s best-known pregnancy and parenting brands, is seeking a talented Paid Search Manager to  join our team. This is a great opportunity for a performance marketer who is creative, data focused  and motivated to deliver world-class digital products to millions of parents during the most important  time in their lives. 

This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing user acquisition efforts through paid  marketing tactics, including paid search, paid social and app install channels. They will also  collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the business KPIs and goals are met. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Execute, optimize and scale paid marketing campaigns across all paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads and FB Ads, to drive efficiency and quality registrations 
  • Develop and implement test & optimization strategies, including bidding, targeting, copy, ad  creative, etc. 
  • Monitor spend and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs on a daily basis to ensure acquisition goals and CPA targets are being met
  • Define, measure and report on campaign test results in order to maximize efficiencies and ensure user growth
  • Work with the creative and analytics team to develop ongoing tests & reporting to help inform future paid media decisions
  • Explore new channels for potential growth marketing opportunities

Desired Skill & Experience: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a paid search marketing/ user acquisition role, ideally at a publisher, recognized agency, or consumer brand
  • Proven track record of managing app installs, user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing AdCenter & Facebook Ads Manager 
  • Expertise on campaign & bid management and keyword development 
  • Data and ROI driven - experience working with large datasets using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with analytics tools a plus (Google Analytics, Appsflyer/Adjust, Firebase, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc) 
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and a genuine desire to learn new skills
