Consensus Cloud Solutions is looking for an individual with a healthcare marketing background and an audience-first mindset for the role of Director of Healthcare Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the overall healthcare content and messaging strategy to meet our cloud products’ goals and objectives. Successful candidates will be experts in the healthcare landscape, and understand the pain points we solve for various healthcare stakeholders, such as providers, payers and patients.

This role will focus on increasing web traffic, brand awareness through the execution of a successful content and messaging roadmap, and selecting topics and distribution mediums to help launch our marketing programs. This will include working with a team of editors, creators, consultants, and internal writers to execute on the plans and tactics, as well as partnering with our product, corporate and enterprise sales groups in identifying content strategy required for the execution of the various marketing and product launch programs, including blog topics, articles, eBooks, white papers, website content, and press release. This position will report to the Global Chief Marketing Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

        Identify marketing programs to gain brand awareness for the new Consensus Cloud Solutions within the healthcare ecosystem.

        Work with a team of marketing demand gen experts to create a strategy, messaging and content to execute on the programs designed by you with the help from the Marketing team, to drive leads, to our various sales organizations.

        Manage and develop a social media strategy to support campaigns, product launches and awareness.

        Work with the product management on the launch of new solutions and represent input for marketing branding and messaging in support of our Product Marketing Manager.

        Understand the regulatory framework for the healthcare industry and follow CMS rulemaking to match our solutions to meet the needs of the industry in meeting these regulations.

        Work with company thought leaders to create a fresh flow of content, authored blogs, white papers, etc.

        Work with external influencers and other industry experts to create content. This includes interviewing customers for case studies development, meeting with subject matter experts on various topics related to our cloud services and products.

        Meet regularly with cross-functional teams to understand how to best execute our healthcare strategy in order to meet a set of defined KPIs and help drive revenue.

        Have a full understanding of our platform and product suite to match our solutions to the various needs of each healthcare stakeholder we serve.

        Influence others that your creative ideas and strategy are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team to drive our healthcare initiatives and others will rely on your input every day.

        Measure marketing campaign results specified by our CMO

        Influence the marketing healthcare marketing budget.

        Target our readers at every phase of the buying lifecycle.

 

Qualifications:

       BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience in healthcare marketing.

       Minimum of 8 years of experience creating healthcare marketing strategies and content for either a healthcare software company or healthcare industry organization.

       Able to dig deep, research, and sometimes act autonomously to get the information required for certain strategies and topics.

       Experience in creating programs to launch new solutions and services to the healthcare market.

       Minimum of 5 years of experience in producing content for the web, collateral, as well as individual stakeholder specific knowledge.

       Experience in following CMS rules for the 21st Century Cures Act, Information Blocking and other interoperability regulations.

       Superior time-management skills and ability to handle various concurrent projects with competing priorities.

       Collaborative interpersonal and communication skills, a must. Collaborative is the word.

       Proven critical-thinker and problem-solver, we will ask you questions on this!

       A dual-minded approach: Highly creative and a skilled executor but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

       Ability to learn content management tools, Salesforce and Pardot marketing tools.
