Who you are:
Spiceworks Ziff Davis, a division of Ziff Davis, a J2 Company, is hiring a Manager in our Lead Generation Operations. We are looking for a leader to guide and direct a group of operational team members who focus on activities surrounding the planning and launch of Lead Generation.

In addition to guiding a team of 2-4 direct reports, you will oversee the activities of outsourced operations teams that assist your team in task completion. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all launch related tasks and campaign related issues with internal customers. You will interface daily with our internal Sales team, Operations team, Legal and Client Success teams and may occasionally interface with external clients directly.

Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities and Skills
Team Focused Responsibilities
● Lead team members in how to execute and launch campaigns
● Provide training to new and existing team members
● Responsible for communicating revenue delivery impact and updates
● Understanding of company goals and communicating these goals to team members, guiding them on how to achieve them
● Met with team regularly to provide counsel, identify roadblocks, troubleshoot issues and knowledge share industry/process best practices
● Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
● Help leadership identify areas for improvement for process and efficiencies to streamline launch time

Operational Responsibilities:
● Address challenging situations with missing creative and tight deadlines effortlessly. Finding solutions and maintaining a positive relationship with all internal teams is key.
● Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of tasks managed by partner teams.
● Interact directly with external clients, our sales teams, and other teams using judgment and discretion on how to best resolve delivery issues
● Ensure campaign is properly implemented and delivering via QA tasks including: 3rd party reporting verification/validation, auditing of targeting for both national and international campaigns, and review other delivery reports
● Work with Supervisor to help maintain reporting verification across all campaigns, ensuring they’re running and tracking accurately
● Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change.
● Develop a strong knowledge of SWZD’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales and lead generation process
● Additional responsibilities may be delegated in order to assist meeting our goals and mission

Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience working in an Account Manager, Campaign Specialist, Customer Success or Project Management role
● 1-2 years of experience leading projects, training or otherwise serving in a direct or indirect leadership role on a team
● Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills
● Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
● Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
● Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve operations and activity performance beyond targets.
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
● Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and G Suite
● Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to re-prioritize as necessary.
● Extreme level of attention to detail
● Thrive working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
● Experience or willingness to learn about IT technologies such as networking, storage, and more
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
● Strive to meet personal targets and work towards SWZD’s revenue goals and profitability
● Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
