We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of client assets and deliverables. What you’ll do: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll lead the charge on ensuring the Spiceworks Ziff Davis brand is proudly represented on delivery documents and files that go to customers. You’ll be responsible for monitoring, verifying, and maintaining quality standards on each deliverable to our customers. You’ll flaunt how well versed you are in the English language seamlessly as you demonstrate both verbal and written expertise in your output.  As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll be extremely organized, deadline conscious, a consistent team player, and determined to never compromise on quality.


  • Support the organization with initial and final review of deliverable products, services, and procedures
  • Perform routine review and inspection of files and documents
  • Carry out risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to appropriately remedy deficiencies in a timely manner
  • May perform audits and risk assessments
  • Proactively identify ways to improve and share recommendations with management
  • Ensure delivery of all client materials meets quality standards
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?

  • 3+ years experience in quality assurance or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well versed in the English language - excelling in both written and verbal communication
  • Experience and comfortability working with real-time data needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or willingness to learn about IT technologies such as networking, storage, and more
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
