Now, our Humble Games portfolio is growing everyday and we want to continue to ensure that our titles come out on time and with the highest degree of quality.

Position Intro:

As a publisher, we want to supercharge the support we provide all of the talented indie game developers we have partnered with and facilitate smooth, well-planned, expertly-guided development cycles and product launches. This role would help our organization by owning a set of titles in active development and ensuring that all tasks across production are addressed and completed in a timely manner. In addition, producers will be responsible for helping identify key areas to be improved on through a game’s lifecycle given the available time and resources. Our ideal candidate should love to play games and have a passion for the latest game development methods, tools, and platforms.

Supervision Exercised:

Individual Contributor


  • Own the production deliverables of 3-6 indie game titles in various stages of development
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the developers, across different time zones
  • Identify potential risks early and formulate strategies to mitigate or escalate as necessary
  • Generate gameplay evaluation reports and identify key areas of improvement
  • Source and manage external contractors for localization, porting, and QA testing
  • Coordinate with Production Director to ensure coverage across all other active titles
  • Propose and implement process improvements to our production tools and processes 

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years working in the game industry
  • Track record of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • A deep understanding of game development best-practices and process
  • Strong experience using project management methods and related software

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Above average knowledge of indie games and related culture
  • Personal game design or prototypen projects or game prototypes
