KEY PURPOSE: 

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll be responsible for customer acquisition via paid digital channels for all our B2C brands and SMB & SOHO. You will be reporting to VP, eCommerce Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams including Web, Content/ Design, Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver results. This is a data-driven role and 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead acquisition and growth strategies of Vipre Security Group across all paid digital channels, including search, paid social, podcast, app store, and affiliates.
  • Own both the affiliate and influencer marketing programs, responsible for building relationships with new affiliates and influencers, as well as deepening and optimizing our existing partnerships. 
  • Plan and execute campaigns for promotions and new product launches.
  • Manage a marketing budget and ensure best possible spent optimisation by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other strategies.
  • Monitor progress and report performance to the Senior Leadership Team and make recommendations for next steps.. 
  • Build and develop high performance digital teams
  • Work with the Ecommerce & Content teams aligning on messaging/experience/timing  of promotions and campaigns
  • Work with Analytics team to ensure accurate measurement of channel volume and efficiency, refine attribution with a goal of enabling growth, and develop and share business intelligence across the organization
  • Manage external vendors (e.g. a performance media agency and marketing software) to deliver campaigns. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • 10- 15 years’ experience driving revenue and user growth. Experience in a subscription based business is a plus.
  • Experience identifying marketing talent, has built or helped build teams at least 5+ years
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing. MBA is preferred.
  • Experience with managing external digital agencies and building and managing an internal growth team
  • Extremely strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Media Ad platforms, email, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and marketing automation
  • Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking ability; and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
