The Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Channel Manager candidate is responsible for qualifying, training and managing MSP and RMM partnerships. The MSP Channel Manager is responsible for establishing growth of the partners by selling the full portfolio of all products and solutions. This position will be responsible for recruiting and working with all internal business units, creating specific strategies focused on driving net new revenue growth and continued enablement of existing relationships.

The role is directly responsible for the dealings with both the MSP and RMM accounts that are important to our organization’s success. The ideal candidate must have in depth knowledge of the MSP and RMM markets, operational processes, and partner community ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned MSP and RMM accounts to consistently perform at or above quota
  • Maintain a high retention rate as a priority
  • Identify new prospective MSP and RMM partnerships and opportunities by developing growth strategies and business plan execution
  • Manage and educate MSP and RMM partners regarding our full line of products 
  • Daily call, email and demonstration tasks required with activity reporting
  • Present effective QBR’s to executive management 
  • Build relationships with the RMM cross-functional teams to gain brand awareness and sales mindshare
  • Analyze and drive sell through performance against monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas
  • Assist with contract management
  • Identify and implement programs/activities to supplement desired outcomes; coordinated with marketing
  • Manage partner issues and escalations.
  • Maintain partner sites, lists, and reporting
  • Stay current on company and industry product knowledge
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years channel + MSP/RMM sales experience 
  • Sales or professional work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with specific RMM/MSP experience
  • Track record of success in strategic planning and managing sales forecast within MSP/RMM partners
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Working knowledge of
  • Minimal travel required

Preferred Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years MSP/RMM experience
  • Extensive knowledge of MSP/RMM market and SaaS products, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and security awareness training
