Sales Enablement Lead


OffsiteDataSync is looking for a Sale Enablement Lead to work closely with sales, operations, product development, engineering, and marketing to ensure strategic alignment across all functions that increases sales results and productivity. You will arm the sales team, along with other departments that regularly interact with the sales team, with everything they need to better prepare, plan for and engage with prospective and existing customers. This may include anything from an enhanced CRM solution to a more innovative sales methodology, better training, pitch decks and collateral, an improved sales forecasting tool and engaging directly with customers. To be successful in this role you will be a highly organized professional who understands the criticality of delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win-rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving salesforce performance) and how to leverage data to achieve these outcomes; while never forgetting that your two most important constituents are sales and customers.



  • Manage and have ownership of Salesforce as the central CRM hub that information flows through, ensuring it is synthesized, documented, and communicated internally to deliver an effective sales process
  • Understand the flow of all information and its interrelatedness throughout the organization
  • Be the central convergence and integration point for marketing, sales, product dev, and engineering
  • QBR’s with top distribution and direct partners
  • Channel program – identifying demand generation events, needed resources, and enablement tools to generate more revenue
  • Win/Loss reviews
  • Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force
  • Use metrics and observation to improve sales process effectiveness and make recommendations to the VP Operations & Marketing
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Assist on sales calls, trainings, and demos
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
  • Conduct and report on market research.
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

Key Qualities Include:


  • Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload based on activities that will receive the greatest return for the organization
  • Demonstrated experience of troubleshooting and problem solving with limited information and ambiguous details
  • Ability to convey technical issues and material to non-technical audience
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities
  • Empathetic to the life of a day in sales




  • proficiency
  • 5 years of operational/sales experience
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, training content design and B2B selling
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation/sales metrics
  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must including macros and pivot tables
