Your day-to-day (as a Client Success Director, you will):

  • Run regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress, strategy, optimizations, and determine upcoming goals enabling you to secure renewals and cross-sale to directly impact annual revenue goals
  • Build great relationships with OEM Clients and their Channel Partners while consistently providing best practices for their SWZD advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Deliver regular campaign reports and QBRs summarizing current performance and recommending ideas for optimization to improve results over time
  • Work with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure all aspects of a campaign are performing at or above benchmarks and established KPIs
  • Consult and knowledge-share on all SWZD products. When clients have questions, they come to you for answers
  • Prioritize and manage multiple, complex projects concurrently without breaking a sweat
  • Learn from senior members of the team

 

What does it take to do this job?

  • 3 - 5 years in a client facing, account management, project management, client services, or customer success role
  • Experience in account management and managing B2B relationships
  • Strong Client Management skills including soft skills, strategic thinking, and active listening.
  • Ad agency experience preferred (digital ad or media agencies)
  • Knowledge of the channel industry and the relationship between OEMs their channel partners (VARs and technology resellers)
  • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and understanding how to use that information to strategically improve campaign performance and secure renewals.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising standards, tools, and best practices
  • Keen organization and prioritization skills
  • Desire to join a diverse team of smart, driven, energetic, positive, fun, committed Spiceworkers
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides and Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system is preferred
