Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers and users love. You will join our growing team and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and launch products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

This role will own all components of our product that focus on Job Seekers and connect our health care professional users to the best job opportunities. In executing a great product, this role will help to optimize the national health care labor market and accelerate patients getting the care that they need.


Essential Functions:

  • Gain a deep understanding of healthcare provider employment needs, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve user experience and drive growth.
  • Create and communicate healthcare provider persona, their problems, and potential solutions with clear alignment and line of sight back to the business goals.
  • Leverage UX research, market research, and A/B testing methodologies to inform product strategy and arrive at solutions that deliver impact.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design and other related teams to ensure a successful product definition and delivery.
  • Lead Agile teams through the development process in product owner shoes including producing and maintaining product backlog, prioritizing features, generating user stories and defining acceptance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree in strategy management or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of work experience as a product manager
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle
  • Experienced in user acquisition, retention, engagement, and SEO strategies
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive projects toward completion with proper planning and management
  • Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
