Your Career

We’re looking for an A-Player field marketing manager who can take our Channel Marketing organization through VIPRE /J2’s next phase of growth. The leader of Field Marketing- Channel will report to the leader of Marketing for North America. We are looking for a top-notch marketer who is also a multiplier leader with passion, authenticity, great communication skills, and a strong relationship builder who has the ability to drive excellence in execution. Your Impact

  • Drive business growth through disruptive Field marketing Channel strategies. This includes Channel marketing programs to deliver on the pipeline, bookings, customer experience, and brand outcomes
  • Partner closely with Marketing leader, sales leadership and other functional leaders to drive a growth marketing revolution in our industry implementing agile marketing strategies to achieve results and continuous integration/continuous delivery of Channel field marketing programs using data-driven approaches and actionable insights
  • Drive and influence campaign/program strategies and creation to ensure the optimal marketing mix, balancing channel/Account Based Marketing/digital strategies.
  • Ensure successful lead/opportunity capture/nurture and connection to sales teams
  • Maintain a 90-day rolling calendar of integrated activities including webinars, Channel marketing campaigns and other programs
  • Arm sales teams with tailored Channel content support to leverage in customer outreach and engagement
  • Work with sales teams to create and execute both strategic and tactical campaigns such as call downs, email blasts etc. Align with product marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging, as well as differentiated offers based on buyer personas
  • Execute on a Channel and Account Based marketing ( ABM) programs with excellence that creates differentiated customer engagement and experiences, setting us apart from our competitors
  • Management and/or coordination of Channel CSER/BDR/SDR responsibilities driving lead flow fluency if appropriate.
  • Working within the Channel field marketing budget initiatives and program performance tactics to ensure achievement of business targets while staying within budget

Your Experience

  • Proven track record of high integrity
  • Experience in generating new and innovative Channel specific approaches to problems and challenging status quo and is constantly looking for ways to change the game
  • Experience in breaking through organization boundaries and working at multiple levels to drive collaboration and teamwork while building strong, positive relationships
  • Solid experience inclusively communicating to ensure diversity of voice is heard, considered, and enabled while empowers others to do the same
  • Proven experience of consistently delivering on expectations and getting the job done
  • Ability to see and communicate in an inspiring way. Able to determine opportunities and threats through intimacy with the Channel business and comprehensive analysis of current and future trends
  • Proven track record striving for excellence, team and personal
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, and budget in an efficient, productive manner with a focus on key Channel priorities
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading Channel marketing organizations.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for site-inspections and events, as required
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience in marketing, or technology is preferred
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity B2B and Channel marketing is preferred
